Hi dear from the time of lockdown I have been taking green leafy vegetables like spinach well blended in mixer grinder. Add in some salt and have it weekly twice. Also we can use n number of vegetables like water rich - cucumber etc

what is the best diet and exercise for weight loss.
My daughter is 15 years old and since childhood she was a chubby baby. Earlier its like okay when she will grow up she will be back in shape but nothing like such happened. Now she feel underconfident so i wanted to know a good diet and exercise chart to keep her under correct weight and healthy.

Weight is fluctuating
Hey folks!! Is anyone sailing on same boat ???? ? Its very disappointing for me. Upon lots of exercise, diet, healthy food, my weight is fluctuating frequently. One of my friend lost her weight through her trainer. She Is suggesting me the same. What is your opinion friends?

It is normal, keep taking proper diet regular and follow the same schedule, like you have to set the alarm for waking up and sleeping too, and have healthy meal during at proper timings so the weight will be stable.
